I am also in the SF Bay area, and the races that Fox did not show, were broadcast on the WB station. It is 13 on my cable system (ATT).

BTW, Fox Sports net is mocking my refusal to pay for digital cable by showing Speedvision's coverage of a Grand Am race at Lime Rock right now. Rat Bastages.

#15834-NASCAR'S fine, but if they drop ANY road racing or cut down on continuous coverage of Daytona, Sebring, and Lemans-they're going to make the mistake of pissing me off bigtime.

#17081 but we may be too late.
Check out page 49 of the July 2 issue of Autoweek. It states that Fox Broadcasting is working on the "evolution of Speedvision into a NASCAR channel."

If that's the case, I'll be saying "good-bye" to Speedvision. Then they should rename it: Snorevision.

I signed the petition, then went to Speedvision's programming page and sent them an impassioned email, also.

Who knows, if they get enough, maybe they'll change their mind.

Thanks a lot guys, I've posted this at several boards, and the # of signatures is going up, and frankly I'd think that 20,000+ people is pretty significant amount to just come up with this petition out of nowhere, let's hope so...

Good job Ahmet!

Well, I don't want to take all credit for this, it was at 2k when I first started posting about it (2 days ago), so it does look like I've done something...

But I'm not the creator of the petition, just doing mypart by trying to raise awareness in it.

I signed on 16,000 signatures ago. Good job, Ahmet.

It may be shouting into deep space, but I also sent a message to:

askfox@foxinc.com

Every little bit helps.
