Silver catalyst sticker under hood
I have a 85 Carrera that came with the stock Carrera tail. I have another engine lid that does not have the tail that I am thinking of changing over to. I will have to have the lid repainted to match the rest of the car. Under the lid is a silver sticker about the catalyst and emission information. I would like to have the lid painted on both sides and was wondering if there is any source to get a replacement catalyst sticker. I have done some searching but no luck so far. Has anyone found this sticker as a replacement? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Here is a pic of this sticker as it appeared on my '85--->
 In my case...there is a part number of the sticker on the lower right margin... Part # 930 dot 006 dot 513 dot 30. Yours should have one too. I'm showing a hi-res photo. Enlarge and see for yourself. I can't seem to post the part numbers with the "dot" (930.006...) as it gets shown here as a phone number ..  Either ask Pelican or the dealer for a replacement using this part number...and see what they say?

I should have looked for a part number. Thanks for that info. Hopefully it will make it easier to locate one.

Upper left hand corner of this message board....you can enter a part number....which I did. Pelican says it has this for $18.50--->

It is a factory order only part that comes from Germany. The dealer will ask for proof of ownership and the vin. I asked them why the big deal and they pointed out that different cars/models/years/countries have different emissions so they have to check exactly what sticker each car should have.

When I put the tail on my car my contact at the P-car dealer that I buy from found one for my '82 SC. If SoCal is convenient to you, pm me and I'll provide my contact's info...
