67s front oil cooler questions
IS it true that all 67S had front oil coolers? Is it also true that the lines ran to the front inside the body, not externally like later cars? Can someone show me a picture of what this looks like?
Thanks

Production 911s did not have a front oil cooler until the 1969 911S model.
The ’69-’71 911S had the oil pipes inside the right rocker panel. Starting with the 1972 model, the oil pipes were larger and outside. The 1972 and 1973 oil systems were somewhat unique. 1974 and later front oil cooler systems are all somewhat the same. The important difference is the type of cooler. The ’74-> systems can be adapted to fit a 1967 911. Best, Grady
