Differences between European SC motor and US Spec

I have a opportunity to purchase used Euro P/C. 204hp would be a nice upgrade from 180hp. I am aware that the CIS is also different and difficult to find, are the heads also modified? Has anyone taken this route to increase HP on a us specifeid sc.
