Help removing panel below rear side windows

I need to remove the panel in the rear seat side wall that rises up the sides from each rear seat, and houses the front seat belt retractors. You can see the piece here, it's the curvy side peice, immediately above the original brown sound/ heat pad, that the seat belt is hanging against in the photo.

Any help on how to remove those in an '87 coupe?

There is a screw holding top molding, at door frame. There is a metal hook halfway back toward the top that holds into place. The seats back holds it firm. I lifted up and pushed back slightly to remove.
