Whose replacement panels are better?
Lets say you needed to buy some panels...such as inner and outer rocker, door lock post, jack tube etc.
Whose panels fit better: That place in Willoughby, Ohio or Restoration Design? Any difference in the metal itself? A guy I know ![]() Thx Dan

The Restoration Design parts (A pillar, trunk front piece) I used a couple of years ago were very good quality. They have new ownership now so they should be a lot more attentive to the communication aspects of a business.

They're all going to require reworking, but having put in a set of 'dealer' pans and a set of RD pans I'd have to say the former went in with less hassle. It probably depends on the part. It always does.

I thought the RD front suspension pan was high quality, though it needed a little reworking. I used St*****ds rocker panels and the outers needed a lot of work to make them fit. There is a thread or two here on them and the fitment issues. I preferred RD, but they weren't answering the phone at that point.
