She looks pretty good. We need more pics of the finished install, and the rest of the car, of course. For light pattern, just drive up to a building and get shots down the road showing how the signs way, way, way down there are all lit up. I don't think any of us are looking for hard numbers, we just want to see how they work and how the light is spread out pattern wise against an object like your garage door or something.
It's good to see someone blazing a trail for this sort of project. |
Will work on the pattern here in a the next few days I see another build in progress that is going in the direction many urged me to go in which is simple is better I am following that build with interest also there are many ways to do this and all of them are the right way so long as you follow the rule that dust is your enemy here so you have to seal up the projector to keep dust out.

I finally got to drive the car at night and realized I need to adjust the beams a lot the left is 6 inches below the right at 30 feet and both ar low so I have to put one of the other cars out there to see where it should be and raise it up so I can see at night but the pattern is very crisp and will have no problem adjusting them to the right spot.

Sorry it took so long but with the snow and all I finally got the lights adjusted and got a pic of the pattern.
