puller tool 9512

hi can anyone help me with the tool 9512 its the one used for extracting the footwell blower fan under the luggage comprtment bonnet behind the firewall, i have the drawing from the manual, i need the measurements so i can make one as they are expensive for a one off job.

Pulling 915 guide tubes- I hate those early epoxied ones, never come out easy .
