Thoughts on Carrera Graphics Kit
Hey All,
Looking for opinions on putting a carrera graphics kit along the doors on a 1978 911SC Targa. Has anyone ever seen a Targa with the graphics on it? How do you think it would look? Is it proper for the car? Thanks for responding Mike |

It's your ride....put what you want on it. When Porsche decided to call ALL 911s made from 84-89, Carreras....it diluted the uniqueness of the name.
Depending on who you talk to, the SC is a Super Carrera. %^b

This is pretty cool - get the look whenever you want with the magnetic version.
MagnaGrafik Home - Porsche Graphics, Magnetic Decals for Porsche, Magnetic Hood Stripes, Magnetic Stone Guards, Carbon Fiber Graphics, Vinyl Graphics, Porsche 911 Carrera Boxster Cayman Turbo Decals, Martini Racing Stripes, 911 914 930 935 944 964 96 I have the stone guards and it's nice to be able to put them on when I want them and take them off when I don't. |

This week I saw black magnetic vinyl on a 911 hood to prevent rock chips. It looked very cool, I wish I had my camara with me.
I have seen the Carrera script on the side of Targas and it looks good. I bought the decals but have been reluctant to put them on my Targa because I like the look without as well. The magnetic vinyl ones in the above link would be very cool! |
