It´s time to change the rear brake pads on my 964 Carrera 2 1992. I´m using my car regularly during summertime as recreation, but also for some light shopping. However, a couple of times during summer, I enjoy going to different trackdays and push the limits a little. My question is: Should I go for Pagid´s brake pads or Porsche original? I believe there are different types of Pagid brake pads. Which type is for me?

Pagid pads are great, if you are using the right ones for your application. If you plan on nothing more than "spirited" street driving, I would use their consumer pads, or their "red" compound street pads at the most. I have also heard good things about Carbon-Ceramic brand pads, but have yet to test them out.
