Fuse Panel
The screws that hold the wires in place on the front fuse panels have a yellow coating on them to keep the screws tight. Is that paint or a yellow thread locker and how exactly is it applied.

Apply the paint with a small paintbrush or, better yet, the torn end of a matchstick.
