How do I put this back together?

When I took it apart it seemed so easy. Several months later... not so much.

There is air duct that runs underneath the dash. It comes out the passenger side behind the center console and goes underneath the glove box. That much I remember.

Problem is there are 3 openings on that side. One is the back of the vent and there are two others. I have a Y connector. That leaves me with one not connected. Is there supposed to be another Y connector?

If someone could post a pic of the way it's supposed to be connected I would be grateful.
