XDI2 + 3.6 + PMO Carbs

I am trying to figure out a good set up for the ignition advance for my new engine.
A 3.6 twin plug with PMO carbs and XDI2 ignition.
Any of you with a similar set up? I will run the engine on a dyno next Friday but would like to have a fairly good map for the start of the tuning process.
So far I think I would go with 10 for 1000, up to 30 for 3000 and back to 28 by 4000 and up.
What do you guys think?

What's your compression ratio and cams/cam timing?

for now stock 964 cams and compretion ratio.
964 Cams are 470"/430" as far as I know and compression 11.3:1.
Will change the cams to 490"/470" one day when I have to open the engine and maybe go with a different aftermarket piston profile..

What octane fuel will you be using?

Did you incorporate knock sensing into your XD12 installation?

yes Steve, the knock sensor is connected to XDI2 but not activated in the wintec software.
I use only 95 and up. actually only 98 Octane.

Well, I guess since you are going to tune on a dyno, maybe back out the timing a little over you initial numbers to play it safe.

You're going to get optimal numbers anyways once tuning so if it's too retatrded, at least it's safe.
