Got a salvage yard near you? Harvest them from a late model Audi.

I struck out with Barry. He does not sell parts. Any other suggestions?

Jerry Woods?

This is tough because all these guys are rebuilding and recurving them for a living and parts are NLA... So they dont want to sell you their livelihood.

Keep in mind that there are 2 types of springs in there.
They may look the same but, they have a different spring value.

Even if you find one in a salvage distributor, no guaranty for the right curve after.
Curve is sooooooooooo important and only a facility with the right equipment can check it and adjust/manipulate if necessary.

+1

This is a case where a properly rebuilt /recurved distrutor will last 100k miles. What do most of us drive? 5k miles per year? Thats 20 years. Which is why our distributors that are 25-30 years old need service.

Barry Hershon complete service is less than $600. thats $30 a year. Some things are better left to the pros...
