Suggestions needed on Targa warp fix

So it seems like the passanger side distance along where the door is mounted is shorter than the driver side. I believe I remember measuring a quarter inch or more difference earlier last year. The window on the passanger side is far too tight to the point that it wont go up all the way and the targa top fits horribly.

*edit* Forgot to mention the passanger door fits really tight, have to slam it good to get it in place.

Any suggestions on how to "gently" tweek it back into place?

Could just be a window adjustment is needed and or a door adjustment. The door should not need adjustment unless the hinges are worn Or...
This might not be a good sign as it could mean previous accident history or that rust has started to win the battle.

hopefully you just need to adjust the door itself. check all your gaps.
Are the gaps at the leading edges of both front doors the same?
Are they even? parallel
Are the gaps even and parallel at the bottom edges of the doors?
If so and the gaps at the jambs themselves are uneven then start looking closely at he condition of the rockers and areas that comprise the structural "rails" connecting the front of the chassis to the rear chassis. These areas can cause chassis sag and flex in Targas when compromised by rust or when a car has seen serious abuse.

Hopefully you just have a worn hinge and can replace it.

Find someone with a Celette Jig to check the dimensions. Where are you located?

Located up in Spokane, Washington. I will review the door gaps, but I am still leaning toward a structural issue. I am just hoping it is slight enough that the issues I have already described are the only real problems and/or that it can be fixed.

pics would help.

If that side was worked on after an accident, the quarter window may not be adjusted properly or the window could be out of alignment, lastly the door.
