Waiting for spring

It will be at least two months before the car can be taken out of winter-storage, but I am already planning the trips for the coming season. Pic. from last summer.

The 78 SC is very stock and runs pretty good. A very slight jerking on the throttle will be sorted out quickly. Could be that the planned change of spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor will do the trick.

Kjell

I'm always fascinated by the fact that we actually plan trips where the focus is more on the method of travel and the trip itself, and less on the destination.

I tried over and over to explain to my aging aunt why I wanted to ship my car overseas for a Germany/Austria driving vacation. "Why on earth don't you rent a car when you get there?" she said.

It's like Harley guys always say...If I have to explain, you wouldn't understand.

Spring can't get here fast enough. I'm ready now.

Kjell,

Our other cars are covered with salt, my Targa will stay warm and dry until spring. Our first trip will be along the fjords to Sauda then the old road up the mountain to Roldal once they clear the snow. Seems like a long way off right now.
