911/07 70/71 2.2 911T engine 84x66, 2195cc I 46, E 40 I 32, E 32 8.6:1 125 hp @8500rpm 130 lb/ft @ 4200rpm

1970-71 2.2 for USA 125 hp 130lb/ft torque. with Zenith 40 carbs. :D What's up JB ?

Thank you guys. That as quick !!

I bought the car/motor as a 2.7, but seller said that the case have been changed at some point, and all other parts from the 2.7 bolted into it. Is it possible to interchange the cylinders etc. on these, and make a 2.2 a 2.7 ???
The injection etc. from the 2.7 is all there.......

Yes … but it is a LOT of work.
Typically not done due to expensive machine work and (usually) better alternatives.

The cylinder spigots would have been enlarged to fit the 90 mm bore cylinders.
There would be needed hand-work inside the case to clear the rods and piston skirts.

Check under the engine for iron (2.2T) cylinders or aluminum (2.7) cylinders.
