camber measurements

I made a camber gauge out of a 2 foot aluminium carpenters level.
I drilled and tapped the side of the level and screwed in 2 bolts.
With the bottom bolt screwed all the way in i use the top one to adjust for level.
So here's were i need help......
Fronts are both at 1/4 inch negative camber. The bolts in the level are at the top and bottom of the 16 inch rim (16 3/4 inches on center)
How do i convert my 1/4 inch to degrees. I was absent that day or my dog ate my homework..........can't remember.
Bonus question
The rears are both at 9/16
