I wondered if their IPO was going to go off "without a hitch."

It seems like they're going about this the right way (getting the appropriate licenses in all states), but certainly slowly.

I'm a verified PayPal user, have had no problems with $$ transfer for buying or selling on eBay . . . but have kept an eye on the concerns voiced by Wayne and others.

I don't keep a balance in my account at PayPal, but am aware that them having direct access to one of my checking accounts has some risk . . .

They've fought the banking issues tooth and nail from just about Day One. The last thing they want is to be treated like a bank with the attendant oversight.
