Tools questions; old/new, value?

I have a number of tools to sell, and wish to learn a few things about them. I do intend to sell them here, at decent/fair prices.
1). The spark plug tool does not say "W Germany", only "Klein 21", different from my other two. Why is that? This tool IS pristine. As is one of my others which does say "W Germany"...
2). The (wheel) lug wrench says only "19mm", no "Klein" stamp. Why is that? .....great shape.
3). Nice wrench set, don't even look used, but missing the little guy, the 8mm-9mm wrench. Great patina, very clean. I might keep 'em.
4). Unused but looks to have been "loose" in the bag at times, a "fat" tow hook; Euro?
5). What are the oddball things like the battery clamp hex/boot tool, the allen wrench (10mm?), the little 5" hollow extension piece, and a set of (1 each) phillips and standard screwdriver bits worth? ...no handle....
As I said, I wish to offer these, but want a fair deal for me, and a decent + deal for Pelican buyers. So thanks...
Oh, nice black, two snap bag with what looks like "grey flannel, though thinner" inner lining, red tag intact, thinner outer material (vinyl I guess) than my Carrera bag; assuming this is Mid-Year/SC..
Hope this is reasonable to run past you all....
I'll take pix, but I think you get the picture anyway.
2 belts, too, older, smooth (no "teeth"), "Porsche nos. 999 192...." Bag is not perforated vinyl, but is "grained", and nice; a little dirty inside, perfect snaps.

I've never seen these before but I know they are for a Targa. How are they used?

They are the newer (same Porsche OEM part number) Targa/Cab tools for roller latches to disengage the front rollers in order to remove/pull back the top. Normally about $60 each if they can be located. $80 shipped for the pair, nice condition. Australia more? Could work it out....

Looks to me like the Targa tools are missing the crosspins that actually turn the latches unless later models use a different system. Mine is a 76 and it has 3 mm pins in those holes at the working end to turn the latches.

Adding photo of badge/emblem, a little brighter (and a bit blurred), as it sits on the car now:
