My passenger window fell out of it's channel when I went to put the window down. I opened up the door panel and saw that it did come out of the rubber and U shaped channel. Mine was rusted and opened up enough that the rubber didn't hold the window. I used some channel locks to close the U channel and rubber back to shape. Slid the window back in and it works fine. I should have taken a picture to remember because I would like to find that U channel to replace my passenger side, the next time it slides out. It looks easy to replace without removing much. Anyone with a picture of the part and the part? If not, I'll have to look for it when it happens again.

removing the channel is very easy. i moved it all the way towards the rear of the door to get it off the first roller, then all the way to the front for the other one. installation was just the reverse.
