Rear Speaker Delete

I just removed the rear speakers for good and the perforated holes in the rear deck vinyl are rotted and breaking apart. Any ideas on what I can use to cover these 2 ex speaker areas. Thanks.

You could always just replace the rear deck.

Does anyone make a replacement w/o the speaker bump. I don't like the way it looks compared to the original. That is why i put up with the ratty one in my car.
