What's the general opinion on using the Euromeister wheels. I know they are not forged but most aftermarket wheels aren't forged. Also need opinions of Fuzion tires. Alternatives that work well?

I had Fuzions on a Mercedes that the previous owner put on. I thought they rode and drove fine, but IMO they are one of the ugliest tires out there. I don't like the giant FUZION scripts on the side, and they are a very "square" looking tire. |

Can't comment on the Euromeister wheels, but I've had good luck with my Fuzions. We get plenty of rain in the PNW and these things tend to shed water like a duck. Only downside I've found is they tend to flat spot a little if parked overnight and the temps drop into the low 40's. A few minutes on the road, they warm up and are back to "normal". I'm not sure if the same is true with other summer tires or not. My rears are worn out and I'm replacing them with another set of Fuzions. I just wish they made them wider than 245 for a 16" wheel.
Edit: My opinion hasn't changed since my comments in the post scottb referenced above

I have a pair of 9" euromeister wheels and are very happy with them as street rims. No problems at all.

Only turbo tires available
They're the only tires available, that I've found, that have a 245 45 X16 with a matching front 205 55 x 16. There is a 265 45 x 16 from another company but it has no matching front for FTL or Turbo's. I would have loved the 265!

I have had very good results with Fuzion tires. I run ZRi during Summer months and VRi during the Winter months.
Very good tires on the 911SC. Hope this helps. BTW, I run only Factory Fuchs on my Porsche.

I have some 9's on the rear in the Euromeister. I love them. I was looking to order some new ones within the next couple months for my coupe... I wasn't aware of a shortage?

I have new Fuzions on my 911. Love the way they grip. Also I think they are one of the best looking tires on the road. The letters that spell Fuzion are dark so who cares? Nick
