Power Mirrors Help!!
Ok.. Here we go again or should I say "Here I go again"
anyway I have these really cool electric mirrors on my 911S that haven't worked sinse I bought it. I just recently had the door panels off to install some new Infinity speakers and it turns out the fast on connectors that run from the mirror to the control switch are not plugged in. does anyone have a clue on what the proper connections are so I may plug them back where they belong. lets bring these connectors home.. I know I can count on you guys.. Thanks (Targa Dude)

Targa Dude,
Hey man! Good choice in cars. I am in the process of rewiring my mirrors after a repaint and might be able to help. I suspect the wiring of a 77 is similar to a 78. Are you looking to just plug back in the wires to the control switch? I guess I am not sure if the wiring coming off of the mirror is what came loose. Let me know and I will try to answer your question.

I found this in my note book. It's for a single mirror setup, not a double. Hope it helps

Jorge,
Below is the wiring diagram you needed. "UP" goes towards the outside of the car. I would also suggest taking a look at the heat shrink tubing protecting each of the 6 leads. I found mine to be worn which could potentially cause a short. It is an easy fix to replace and might save you some trouble down the road. Notice there are two brown leads. Both are grounds and are interchangeable.

Power Mirror Help
Hey thanks you Guys..
I was able to use Kurts diagram and it worked.. This is great!! not that I'll use the power mirror that often but, it's nice to know it works. This Board Totally Rocks!! And just one more side note, Yesterday I put my fresh rebuilt motor back in my car. can't wait to fire it up. I need to finish a few more things yet.. but at least the motor is back in. and she looks very sweet.. Later..(Targa Dude)
