Ready, Set, ...Turn the key?
What should I do when I take my '82 SC out of winter hibernation? It is covered, in an unheated garage. Tank is full with gas/stabil, battery is in the basement connected to a trickle charge lifeline, tires were inflated to 45 lbs., I've moved it forward and backward a couple of times....
Do I just put the battery in and crank it up, or should I do something to the cylinders before I turn it over? Thanks in advance, Craig

I have my turbo resting in a similar condition.* When I get ready to bring her out after her winter nap, I pull the fuel pump relays and crank a few times until I get oil pressure.* The next part is the best moment of the year. Reinstall the relays, light the fire and rejoice in that wonderful sound.
