Under the rug

I am looking at a 1988 Cab. these pictures are under the drivers side mat and passenger side mat, is this moisture normal after a week of rain in the North East...
Also what about the gap between the floor and the wood panel...
Any input welcome

Gap in the Floor boards and tub is OEM, but those wires need to be moved, you do not want it to potentially get in the way of the pedal path or worse jam up.

No Moisture is never normal.

It has a leak, in the front window seals or cowl maybe the windshield wiper water nozzles or loose wipers at the seals or the drain off inside the trunk could be dislodged.

Check the back mats and carpets, if wet to the touch, then the side window on the top is not sealing in the back part of the window.

If you are planing to buy do a PPI, it will give you a 90% idea of exactly what is needed.

Jim

Thanks Jim
I read your other post also, definitely going to do a PPI, I know from past experience with my 70s Camaro that leaks are trial and error and are painful, that's why I am hesitant. It sounds like you have fixed them.
