mend plastic batwing?
I have a crack about four inches on trailing edge of batwing. Short of buying a plastic welder, is there a fix?
Also have some scratches or gouges in the plastic side skirts (same kind of material as the batwing) and is there a way to fill in the scratches and gouges?

Nothing can be done. Throw the car away!
Seriously though, post a picture of the damage and if the material is plastic as you indicated, I would recommend finding a specialist in your area to do the job right. It will cost less than learning how to weld plastic on your expensive parts....
