Fuel Tank Source

I'm looking for a vendor that sells a fuel tank for a 86 3.2 Carrera. I do not want a fuel cell since you have to change the bladder every so often.

Most places I've seen say NLA.

Any leads appreciated.

Thanks

Why not look for a used one here? Or try Parts Heaven or one of the other sources for used parts.

Did you try here at PP. I got one here about 4mos. ago. Call Glenn to get the low down. It did take a while for them to come up with one. All other sources I tried had the same waiting period, like they were all coming from the same supplier.
Good luck
Richard

BTW I ended up send my old one to the recyclers even thou it was solid. I just couldn't get all the rust inside cleaned out. It just needed the dipping that you read about here. No shops here on island do that kind of work. You may be able to find the facilities in your area to get a used one cleaned and do the refinish your self.
