Cool I want this car part II

Yes, Leland is dreaming again....

Hey, I like it even if it isn't exactly an SC...
I think it's close enough though!!!

What a magnetic color... I'm drawn to it.

I think the asking price is very reasonable if everything checked out.

...did I mention that I love the color???

Certainly a nice color. UGLY tail! However, I remain partial to Targas and 3.2L.

Garage
Leland:

That is a great price and a great car. My '77 wants to be like that when it grows up !!

If it's what is says it is, that 2400 lbs with 200 hp, & 0-60 in 6 seconds, "out of the box"

I wish I could . . . well forgetaboutit.

How are the plans shaping up for the CONUS visit, if you can say??

Regards.

Great looking car...but the tail has gotta go. What is that black blob sitting on the tail? Camera case? California smog sensor?

That car makes me want to get an old set of Fuchs polished up to put on my '88, love those shiny spokes!

I didn't like the tail either... but who cares!

Look at the color!!!

It is only about 2 hours away from my parents house in Tennessee to boot.

The funny thing is, if I hadn't spent $5K on car parts on the targa since I've been over here, I could bought it!

I even emailed my father telling him that he could not pass up this deal.
he has no interest in Porsches... but I keep hoping for a late mid-life crisis or something to hit him.

...and I will be there..... ....to console him.

"It is a european car that was brought to U.S. by owner and fully certified/titled in U. S. by EPA and DOT. This is not a grey market car."

I was waiting for you to chime in Noah.

Man, I tell you... I could *almost* buy it...
I'll just have to put off the crotch rocket purchase.

Timing, timing, timing...

That looks very nice indeed. The tail would have to go, of course. Good price too. Still just a few of those around in Europe. Much better deal than similarly priced SCs. No power brakes and only just heading toward the weight gain of the later cars, two big positives in my book.
Go for it somebody!

Bad A$$! I love it, blue is my favorite colour. If only my other house would sell

And Leland, please don't hurt yourself on a crotch rocket.
