Sean -
The car looks great! Good luck on the auction. What impressed me the most was the detail you provided. The history on the car was interesting and I don't know that I've ever seen another auction with receipts listed. I'm not in the market but out of curiousity, what was your reserve?

Are 911 Cabriolets actually going up in value?
That's a beautiful car! I bought my '87 cab (red/black) with 58K miles 2.5 years ago for $28,000. A little higher than I wanted to go, but after test driving 15 other 911's I knew I had found the one I wanted. It now has 62K miles. It stays in the garage most of the time. I have a Boxster as a daily driver. I bought the 911 as a toy that would not depreciate too much. Are they actually going up in value?
