Targa Troubles
Recently I went to open my Targa roof on my 2003 and it started acting sluggishly upon opening. It did open but when I went to close the roof it did not want to move. I eventually got it to close and now I am afraid to open it. It was fine one day and not functioning like it should the next day. The glass curtain moves freely so no issue with that. Any ideas on how to solve this problem or what the problem is exactly? I am not up on how to work on this system so any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried the 996 Board?
If it is built like the 944 sun roof, if could be the plastic toothed sprockets or the rails. My 944 discinergrated over time and heavy use.
