Hi, can someone please take a picture of the metal ID tag inside the luggage compartment for a 80SC. Mine is missing... Please feel free to photo shop the VIN, as i know that is sensitive information. thank you!

The only tag is on a Euro Porsche, the USA Porsche usually has a color tag there.

Hi Bruce, i assumed the aluminum ID tag was riveted there. Color tag? here are a few pictures of my car...

Ok, I dug out my Porsche 911SC the essential companion book, Bruce is right. No ID plate on the US SC's only ROW. That explains why I don't have one
