I think that beauty is in the eye of the beholder (or beer holder)
http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/6...imbeerrot6.jpg I wanted a chartruse car - but my wife said she would not be seen in one http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4012/...83c21708f8.jpg how about Fraize? I've seen this on a 964 and it looked kinda girly - but looks great on a IROC car http://www.impactbumpers.com/forum/u...1_2_151575.jpg |

Damnit!
I've painted my car three times since this thread started and now I am back to this. Maybe I should just clear coat it ;) http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1313766315.jpg |

I hope we can all agree that the ugliest color is clear: as in holes from advanced rust.

I'm not a big fan of pinky flesh colored things, cars being at the top of the list.

I certainly have my favourit colors, but I don't think it's the color that does it. It's the way it is all put together that makes the car.

I really like the 911s in unusual colors, I think its a little boring to all drive the same 4 colors, Red, silver white, black.
My cars:Signal orange, Willow green, Hoffman blue, and Slate gray http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1313775200.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1313775589.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1313775643.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1313775708.jpg |

Dan - blue would color coordinate your car with your others.
Stock or same color respray will preserve sales value; if you keep it ah... that color... then a nice dark lighting for pics will be the prettiest. I've always thought that bronze was a lot nicer looking than brown & always wondered how a medium brown with lots of metal flake in it would look... |
