Pelican on iPhone

It appears user-scalable is set to no and I can't pinch zoom. Is this a new development?

If you look on the bottom left hand corner It says normal version. Click that and it'll view like a normal forum on your iPhone

It's been that way ever since I've been using my iPhone on here, which is 90% of my posts on this board over the past year +.

For me, whenever I click "normal version", it just brings me to the main index page for all of the forums. It doesn't change the appearance of it.

Does anyone else have the problem that when they send a PM while on their iPhone, it does reach the user it is sent to but it is not saved in the sent box?

Yes- PM sent from phone does not appear in Sent box.

Wayne, can you explore what it would take to allow us to pinch-zoom this site?

Same problem here. Pressing "Normal version" doesn't do anything but bringing me back to the same page (iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS). It makes displaying images on the iPhone 4 really difficult because of its high dot pitch.

Yeah reading via safari sucks! I reckon the pelican forum is best read on an iPhone using a forum app. There's a good free one I use called Tapatalk, the search doesnt work though.

I looked at iPhone apps for vBulletin but came up with nothing useful. They are either paid apps or read-only. Hm......

I use the Tapatalk app. I can do everything I want to, including uploading pics, replying and starting new threads.

I use tapatalk as well. I can do just about everything except search threads.
