Smoke after engine shut down!!!
The set-up is an 83-3.2liter with 46mm PMO carbs. The problem when I shut the engine down I can hear oil hitting both heat exchangers inside, causing smoke to come from both side of engine. No leak found from the triangle from topside or valve covers. What would cause oil to leak down inside heat exchangers? HELP!!!

Check for oil near the Burmuda triangle of oil leaksL Breather Gasket, Oil Level Light Switch and the Thermostat/Gasket.
If it is wet there then one of those may be leaking. Maybe the Breather Hose Clamp. Normally you will see a weaping and gradual drip running down the oil cooler area. It could also be the Oil Cooler Seals, I just discovered mine are leaking, after shut down mine would pour oil onto my cross over pipe and heat exchangeres
