How to remove the front valence on an '87?
 
I can see the two bolts on the sides, but there are two more near the front middle of the car. Can't see a good way to get at them. Will it help if I remove the rubber smile? I read here that you can take the bumper off to get at them but I would prefer not to. Thanks.
