I getting ready to do the chain tensioners and I can't seem to find the torque specification for the nut that secures the chain tensioner. I've looked for it in the Bently manual but didn't see it.

I just did mine and could not find a figure either. Many 8 mm studs get 18ft.lbs of torque but it seemed high to me so I used 15ft. lbs with blue loctite.

Make sure you have a new 8MM wave washer under the nut. I always use new wave washers (A/K/A "spring rings") because a used one will loose some of its "spring" and could allow the nut to back out (unlikely, but at .08 a piece, they are cheap enough!). To the eye, used ones are generally flatter than new ones. I don't recall the factory manual calling for loctite. I torqued mine at 15 ft./lbs too.
