I am trying to unwire the turbo from the car. If I remove the red, white, and yellow turbo control wires how should the remaining wires be connected?
Sorry for the unclear post.

OK..least I know what you want
The old Rojays were way Conservative on the boost..(safe)
I would leave it on with the MSD
If you have pulled studs...well they would have PULLED anyway ((i have a 2.7 too)
Next If you are going to get rid of the turbo ..as far as i know its just on bolt it
and use a stock advance curve for CIS
Maybe that was not much of a help...
i tried

I am looking for something more basic, for example: once the turbo control unit is removed the white wire from the MSD should connect to X and the blue wire should connect to Y.

Is the stock ignition still there on the left side?

I think i would repost your problem and leave the turbo out of it...there are lots of MSD experts here
I know one wire is probably going to hold the IGN in retard.
But Blah Blah
you need a MSD guy...you will get lots a help
did you get my PM?

Lacking specific, step-by-step instructions by someone with similar experience, I'd suggest becoming familiar with the electrical wiring system of your MY 911, and the specific MSD-suggested connections to the elec. system.

You have already photographed the system as it sits. I'd take more closeups in case you might want to return to these connections at a later date.

It might help by identifying the factory harness/wires from the aftermarket wires; perhaps label them and identify each from the factory electrical schematics. Draw and notate how the existing wires are connected to each other, then compare with MSD's suggested wiring connections.

At a minimum, MSD (and other ignition boxes) requires + 12V, ground and an electrical signal from the distributor - 3 wires as well as additional connections to the ignition coil and to signal the tachometer.

Hope this helps,
Sherwood
