They've assigned a "case number" for my erroneous COA and they asked me to email a picture of the door jamb sticker as well. I did this about two weeks ago, no reply as yet. The COA seems pretty worthless if the car's owner has to supply all the info for the cert. Will post resolution. I don't think I'll get my money back unless I specifically demand it. What I really want is an accurate COA. We'll see if I ever get one...

Best of luck getting an accurate COA. I've gotten 3 of them for 3 different 911's, and all 3 had glaring errors and missing information. And one of the cars was a 2007! What a JOKE this program is.
