What Rennsport hotels are you staying at?
So what hotels are people congregating at in Monterey? It would be nice to know where the major population centers are.
I see a bunch of people are at the Hilton and Marriott but there must be lots of other pockets of Pelicans up there.

Staying where Wayne is going to be. Can't remember but allot of pelicans are camping too.
Heck we should get a Socal Caravan going ???

Try to trade that wekend, Sea World and Disneyland are there every day of the year. Rennsport Reunion happens only every three years. |

Staying in Salinas
I'm staying at the Laurel Inn in Salinas. It's only about 15 miles north of the track, the cost was $67 per night when I booked it, and it's on my way down to Monterey anyway.

Five of us from AZ will be at the Days Inn in Salinas also cheap at $68 a night.

Rooms are indeed cheaper at "Carmel by the Freeway" (AKA Salinas) ;>)

Never said where I was staying -> Econo Lodge Monterey...
Good reviews, less expensive, close to the track, close to Hyatt Central... Anyone else there? (What we really need is Pelican shirts with our profile names across the back.)

I have a suite at the holiday in in Salinis. I may have two spare rooms available the motel-6 if anybody is interested.

I booked a room at the Carmel Crystal Bay Inn in Carmel-by-the-Sea because I wanted to be near restaurants and some night life. It's 10 miles from the track and only cost $79 per night. I booked last week through Orbitz and there were lots of options available. It shouldn't be that hard to find something.
