When you removed the tranny, could you have bent the shaft?

I suppose anything's possible, but certainly not that I'm aware of. It wasn't dropped or rolled or anything. When I had it up on the workbench, I stand it up on a couple short 2x4s so the clutch end of the shaft isn't touching anything.
