Chrome Trimmings on mid year

Considering converting all the black metal trimming on my SC to either chrome or a high polish look. I.e all window trims, head lamp rims, Chrome mirror conversion, door handles etc, etc. Please share your images, I need inspiration...

In that thread you will find good stuff: Show me your 911SC!

Here is mine: all stock at that time. I replaced the cookie cutters with the Fuchs-rims, though

Arrow Great Idea

Do it right and backdate the window frames to opening vents.

I checked my receipts but I can't find the right one, so I'm not positive on the part number. It is not a reproduction, and is the same mirror that is stock on a 72-73 911, including the 911 RS. I didn't put a mirror on the right side.

Note the highly polished roll bar. It has a mirror like finish

Do I see plastic over your seats ? Reminds me of my uncle who always put plastic seat covers on his seats to help with resale when he traded that car in...sweating like crazy in pre A/C years for not so much money on resale :=)

Yes that is plastic on the seats but not for resale value. I was helping my dad paint some doors at his house and did not want to mess up the interior of the car as I drove home.
