Brake upgrade
Due to numerous requests, I now have titanium brake shields available to fit Turbo (930) calipers as well as 4-piston Brembo calipers as found on 944 Turbos and various C2's, C4's and 993's. They install between pad and caliper piston. They'll even fit some of the more exotic Ferraris (if you've got one in your display area). They're just the right ticket to ward off brake heat for those situations where you have to bleed the system during/after a track day (boiling fluid = air in the system = soft or no brakes). These applications are in addition to the existing line of Ti Brake Shields for the venerable A and S calipers. Expect more "cool" products for your Porsche-car in the coming months.
BTW, if any of you missed it (I did but caught up to it today), Bill Verberg posted some great brake data charts on his PParts site: http://www.pelicanparts.com/MotorCity/wmv/brakes.htm Thanks, Sherwood Lee www.seinesystems.com |

Hey Sherwood, ever given any thought to Ti rotors. Apparantly the Al. ones never panned out and ceramic is a bit rich for most aftermarket tastes.
just a random misfiring neuron I guess

Hey Bill,
Why not go all the way and use carbon-carbon rotors like the F1 boys? Got budget? Sherwood |
