I think that air is going to blast through this area. The rubber gasket should be visible to the edge of the frame and fill the gap that is shown.

I have a small gap there on my '78 Targa. There's no "air blast" and no rain enters at speed.

i sprayed water on top of both vent windows. not much gets inside. just a few drops. but both back tops of the windows arent going into the groooves of the side targa top seals.unless i use some force as i close the doors.

Looks very good, but do you have the front window frame seal installed? I can't see it, you are going to need one from carsincnj(dot)
Dan Pechtel The Porsche one will not work, the front edge of the roof should be as close to the frame as possible. The side windows are ok unless you have noise. The corners of your windshield trim need to be pushed out the seal is not seated and water will get in.

I have a small gap there on my ‘80 Targa and it’s not an “air blast”, but I do get air and attendant wind noise in through there, and a little bit of water in heavy rain.
