Deep 6s or flat 6's?
71 911T with likely original wheels. Are these deep 6? or Flat 6?
Trying to do a rough valuation of what's there before driving 10 hours to take a look myself. Oh, and the owner is in his 60's doesn't have Email, or a digital camera, and doesn't know Porsche speak, so I'm stuck with theses simple shots and my best guess. ![]() ![]() Thanks, Richard

Hard to see in the pictures , but I am going with deep 6. The paddles are a little larger and come a little closer to the rim on a deep 6. Those look pretty close to the rim.

Rich,
I scaled center cap to the diameter and they appear to be 15 inch. They don't look like they are deep 6. P/N 90136101206. I've got these on my 71 and the spokes are recessed about one inch from the rim outer edge.. These look like they even with the rim outer edge especially on the rear left wheel. Rich 2 |

Hi Richard, I'm going to say that those are Deep 6's, IMHO

I'm thinking Steve has it right with the 5-1/2" guess.
Here's my informal research summary after looking at probably 100 different pictures of fuchs. I tried to get pics of deep 6, flat 5, and 15 x 5.5" that were at similar angles to the shot of mine. I've pretty much eliminated flat 6, as the pedals on the flat 6 don't come as close to the lip as what mine do. Now between deep 6 and 15 x 5.5: The outer part of the pedals on mine seem close to flush with the lip, much like the 5-1/2 pictured. The Deep 6 seem to have the outer pedals sunk into the rim more than mine. So until I get them off and read the numbers I'm going to bank of 5.5 x 15. But feel free to comment. ![]() Richard

drive on them - if the tires roll off of the rim and you crash, then they are the expensive and hard to find ones that are much sought after
