Congrats OP!
Marc, in your case it looks like a short in the tail light assembly. You see the the backing on the light sockets are lien to a PCB, a thin brittle plastic that over time and too much force will snap and as a result will short when the loose connection touches the housing. If you checked everything else, it may be time to look behind the assembly which requires you to remove it. I fixed mine by gluing a piece of plastic onto mine to reinforce it, while I was in there I tightened up all the loose sockets, using a ratchet wrench extension and a hammer. Jim Quote:

Mystery solved; some "comedian" had swapped the ground and positive wires...:rolleyes: Found out by using my multimeter! This is what was causing those burnt fuses, blown relay,...
