does anyone have a set of factory spec measurements or know where to find them

for a 76 targa in particular the ones shown in the picture

but ultimately i need to make sure my body is in spec before seam welding and stiffining

Factory shop manuals have them.

Quite a few Pelicanheads have them. I do, but it would take me a while to get them. Chances are pretty good that someone else will post what you need before I can.
