Restoring Lustre on SSI's??

Have a line on a pair of used SSI Heat Exchangers. These have been media blasted and have a flat finish - see photo. Anybody had any experience polishing these and restoring the stainless steel look?

Thanks!

You might consider having them ceramic coated at a local powder coater. I'm having my muffler done now and when I get it back, it will look similar to chrome.

Attached is the website to my powder coater - they have some good pics where you can see how this looks and the benifits. I paid $100 to have the muffler done.
