ride height
fitted some new 15'' fuchs to my 70 targa but the car seems to be very high looks like it needs to drop down a good 2'' may be 3'' inchs how is this done thanks brian

The torsion bars need to be re-indexed.
The fronts are pretty simple if you are a DIY type person. The rears are much different and best left to a pro if you don't have the tools or skills. Once lowered you WILL have to it aligned and it would be best to have it corner balanced at the same time.

Did you change the tires to a different size at the same time? Because just swapping wheels should not have any effect on the apparent ride height. Shorter profile tires would, though.

With 15 inch wheels and low profile tires you will have VERY low ground clearances if you try to lower the car to fit the tires. You will scrape the ground at very slight inclines. Most driveways will become an obstacle.
