Need Early Exhaust ID Help

Can anyone tell me what specific year of early or mid 911 these exhaust came from? I am going to sell them on the used parts forum and want to provide the correct information. Sorry, I bought these many years ago for my '74 , 2.7L Coupe and don't remember what they came off of.

Thanks For Any & All Help
Ventana

I'm pretty sure those are off an MFI equiped 911, you can tell by the small tube near the top of the heat exchanger where it connects to the flapper box.
So fitment would be early 911E and 911S with MFI. 68/69 E&S, 69/70 E&S, 70/71 E&S, 71/72 E&S, 72/73 E&S incl 2.7L RS

Someone could modify them to use on just about any aircooled 911 engine up to about the 3.0 SCs as well I'm guessing.

Good luck with the sale

*edit* just saw Bill V's post, he knows a lot more then I ever will about 911s so consider my post as a mildly-educated-guess .

Btw- I was working on a '72 MFI Targa that had similar heat exchangers with the small tube, which is why I posted that info.... Ymmv

Carry on!

They don't need modifying, just clean'em up and bolt them on. The small tube on the top is capped.

They'll fit everything as stated all the way thru to 3.0

Thanks to all for your help. I will clean them up and post them on the Used Parts Forum. The heat exchangers are actually in very good condition; much better than the exhaust that came on my '74 Coupe. My '74 Coupe went away last year in the divorce. She got the car but I kept all the parts. It's time to clean out the garage and pay the rent or get new brakes for my Harley. Thanks again.

All The Best;
Ventana
